A FIELD TRIP ON WHEELS FOR YOUR DOG!

Indy Pup Bus is quite different from a traditional indoor doggy daycare, both in experience and benefits. Here are just a few examples:

1. By spending time outdoors and in nature, the constant change of scenery will provide your dog with mental stimulation as well as satisfy their curiosity. They will benefit from the fresh outdoor air and the feeling of freedom!

2. With group walks, hikes, and nature sniffing, your dog will burn off energy and experience more physical exercise and sensory enrichment than indoor play. No long hours in kennels or concrete rooms!

3. By keeping your dog in small, well-matched dog groups, they will have safer, more-focused interaction which encourages teamwork and confidence. More one-on-one time and less stress on the dog!

4. We add convenience for busy pet parents with our door-to-door pick-up and drop-off service. All in our friendly pup bus!

Dogs must be allowed OFF leash and have good recall and want to stay with the pack.  Dogs must be very socialized with other dogs.  Absolutely NO fence jumpers or escape artists allowed!  The lowest point on the fence is 4’0”.

Vaccines must be up to date and Flea and Tick treatment is HIGHLY recommended.  Vaccine records must be uploaded to our portal.

Dogs must have a harness on with a back attachment to ride the bus as they will be buckled in for safety! (No ‘walking” harnesses please, as these tend to slide).  If you do not have a harness, we have new ones available to purchase on our portal. (Leashes are not needed as we don’t want to get them mixed up)

We take the dogs to private fenced-in dog parks!  We are currently visiting Webster Family Farm in Pendleton, IN for our adventure walks.

If your dog is an all-star and has never had any issues with other dogs and you have had a temperament test complete at a daycare or boarding facility, please upload that info into the portal.  Otherwise, we will do a quick meet and greet the first day your dog rides the bus.  Please be sure to be present on the first day.

Yes, our service is designed with safety in mind for dogs of all sizes and breeds.  We don’t discriminate on breed as long as they are friendly and get along with all dogs/people!  We may eventually do a small dog day and a puppy day, so if that is of interest to you, please let us know.

We are an all-weather, outdoor daycare and there is a very high possibility your pup may get dirty.  We take them to a fully-fenced 4 acre grass field.  We do our best not to bring all of nature home, but then again, if you don’t want your pup getting dirty, maybe the Indy Pup Bus is not a good fit for your home.  If your pup is completely covered head to paw in mud, we will give them a quick hose rinse and towel dry, but definitely no guarantee they will be “clean”.

Payment is processed through Scout (our booking software). 

We currently service Noblesville, Carmel, Fishers and Indianapolis on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.  Our pick-up timeframe is 9am-11am and our drop-off timeframe is 1pm-3pm.  These are windows of time for pick-up and drop-off.  Even if you select a specific time, this is not guaranteed as it is dependent on road conditions and how many dogs are scheduled for that day. 

We will need access to your home/garage/backyard if you are not home when we arrive.  You can provide details on your account for a pin code or provide keys.

We will send you a message with a picture to let you know when your pup has been picked up for their Adventure Walk, or safely back home again if no one is home.

24-hour notice is required for us to approve any requests and organize staff to go for the walk.
